R -- PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SERVICES SOL DCFRA#99-R-024 POC Alex Peacock (202) 504-3400 On or about May 18, 1999, the District of Columbia Financial Responsibility and Management Assistance Authority ("Authority") will issue Solicitation No.DCFRA#99-R-024 to acquire program management services for the District of Columbia Office of Property Management. The successful Offeror(s) will be required to contract with all general contractors, architect/engineers, information technology specialist, systems furniture suppliers/vendors, unique infrastructure engineers, hazardous material specialists (assessment and removal), security consultants, security product vendors and manufactures, move coordinators (including moving and storage of documents, computers etc.) and other selected vendors (suppliers) to provide services that include, but are not limited to the following: architectural, structural civil, fire safety, estimating, mechanical and electrical services associated with working concepts. The program management services will be in support of District Government construction management programs. It is anticipated that multiple award Indefinite Quantity Order Contract(s) will be awarded. The contract(s) will be for a base year with four option years. The deadline for the reciept of proposals will be on or about June 8, 1999 depending on the release of the solicitation.
