Government is interested in acquiring space alterations in the Aguadilla, P. R. area. Alterations will be provided for the U.S. Border Patrol Station, Building 723, Ramey, Puerto Rico. Work consists but is not limited to providing all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to finish the interior of Building 723, a previously erected 60' x 120' Government furnished metal building (Butler), including connection of water and sewer exterior utilities, site work and paving in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings. The erected Butler building includes foundations, structural steel framing, mezzanine structural floor framing and decking, exterior wall panels on the second story, and roof over building and loading dock area. Construction of interior and exterior stairwells and handrails, all interior finishes, including and interior and exterior appurtenances, mechanical and electrical systems, concrete slab on grade for entire building and construction of a new mechanical equipment room addition, site grading, seeding and paving including curbs and gutters. Government furnished materials to be installed under this contract includes roll-up doors, windows and panel liners. Estimated Cost Range is $500,000 to $1,000,000.
