Furnish all plant, labor, equipment and materials and perform all work for removing an existing ballasted, built-up roof and for installing new insulation and single ply membranes on two (2) roofs having a combined surface area of 14,600 square feet (1,356 square meters) at buildings at the Corporation's Maintenance Facility and at Eisenhower Lock near Massena, New York. The work also includes repair/replacement of appurtenances such as edging, fasciam gutters and downspouts. The work is to commence on or about July 10, 1999 and is to be completed by August 13, 1999. Cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. There is a Fifty ($50)Dollar nonregundable fee per set for plans, specs, and drawings. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) package may be requested by mail and must be received no later than 15 days after Commerce Busines Daily Publication. No Telephone requests.
