Fortin 508-968-6521 The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, materials, transportation, equipment, and other services as necessary to complete work in accordance with contract specification 99051F and attached drawings. All work is on Westchop Lighthouse Keepers Quarters 2, garage and lighthouse tower entrance shed roof. All work is located on Martha's Vineyard, MA. Work consists of, but is not limited to the following: 1)removal of existing roofing, flashing and gutters. 2)preparing existing roof decks for new roof, flashing and gutters. 3)cleaning and repointing of chimney. 4) installing new shingles roofs, flashings and gutters with downspouts in same locations as existing. 5)coordinate all work with the COTR. 6)This is a high visibility site, the worksite shall be kept clean at all times. 7)new shingles, flashing and gutter shall match those on Westchop 1, in color, style, layout, pattern, brand and quality. 8) site cleanup and final acceptance inspection with COTR. A payment bond will be required for any awards over $25K prior to commencement. SIC code for this project is 1761. Contract commencement will be established at the Pre-Construction meeting.
