Repair Wet Basements/Foundations _ This project consists of site work, concrete work, painting, grading, landscaping, gutter and drainage work of different residential building sites in the Capehart Housing Area. This will include general demolition, minor electrical and mechanical work needed to repair/replace damaged foundations, floors and associated appurtenances, concrete floor topping and kitchen cabinets and other miscellaneous and related work as required. This action is being considered for full and open competition. The Project Number is SGBP 99-0018. The Performance Period is 90 calendar days. SIC code is 1771. The SBA size standard of $7.0 million is a three-year average annual gross revenue. The magnitude of this project is between $250,00 and $500,00.
