Work consists of providing all labor, supplies, material, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all else necessary to replace the existing water and sewer mains and water laterals in a section of the Nellis Terrace military family housing area at Nellis AFB, Nevada. The estimated dollar value of this project is between $1 Million and $5 Million with a performance period of 240 calendar days. The applicable SIC for this acquisition is 1623 with a three-year average annual small business size standard of $17 million. The proposed contract listed here is unrestricted and open to all firms, including small and small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns. A small business subcontracting plan (with separate goals for small business, HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business, and women-owned small business concerns) will be required to be negotiated prior to and included in the award of this project if it is made to a Large Business concern.
