Schedule: 12 in 180 days and 3 every 30 days therafter, not to exceed

offer/quote which shall be considered. Copies of this solicitation are
available by faxing (614) 692-2262. The Small Business size standard is
_500_ employees. This solicitation is not available until at least 14
days after published in the CBD. Written requests for drawings are to
be submitted to Defense Supply Center Columbus, ATTN: DSCC-VTCD, P.O.
Box 3990, Columbus, Ohio 43216-5000; by Fax (614) 692-2998 or call
(614) 692-2344. Requests should include the IFB/RFP/RFQ number,
opening/close date, NSN, Purchase Request Number, buyer's name and your
complete name and address. Federal, Military and Commercial
Specifications cannot be provided by DSCC. Specifications, plans or
drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option
to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of
the Government. The total shall not exceed _5_ years. This is an
unrestricted acquisition. This acquisition is for supplies for which
the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive, technical
data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with
only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (1).

672641-107 Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offers for part
numbered items Alternate offers must include data in their proposals
for both the alternate item and the required item. While price may be
a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award
decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past
performance and other evaluation factors as described in the
