SSP intends to negotiate this requirement as a modification to an existing contract with Northrop Grumman Marine Systems, Sunnyvale, CA the only known source having: (1) expertise in all facets of Launcher equipment fabrication activities, (2) the ability to provide engineering expertise in the conduct of Launcher nuclear safety and security studies, and (3) Program Management with sufficient knowledge and experience to provide support to the customer's planning activities.
