It is the contractor's responsibility to install this system in accordance with current regulations. The contractor will perform installation of the dry filter system as a turn-key operation (turned over to the government in an operational status). Contractor will supply all necessary instructions, and parts books to allow the government to properly operate the system and make repairs once the warranty expires. Contractor will provide warranty (less replaceable filters) for one year from date of acceptance. Contractor will be required to provide a complete and inclusive bid that allows a turn-key operation (i.e. covers all manpower, tools, equipment, material, and transportation costs associated with the conversion of the waterfall system to the dry filter system).
