The equipment includes replacement and spare parts for pumps, motors, electrical control panels, trucks, and waste treatment equipment. All items must be duly licensed for export and use outside the United States. This is a consolidated advertisement covering a one-year period from the date of advertising. It is expected up to 50 soliciation packages will be issued within this one-year period. The anticipated delivery date shall be no later than six months from the issue date of each soliciation package. A fixed price contract is anticipated. Payment will be made in u.s. currency through a direct letter of commitment (DL/COM) between USAID and the supplier. Financing will be under USAID project 263-0241. Invitation for bids (IFB) or request for quotation (RFQ) specifications and additional information are available by u.s. mail only from the u.s. offices of OMI/CH2M-Hill at the address of OMI/CH2M-Hill shown above. One request will insure the requestor receives all soliciation packages covered by this advertisement. The completed bid documents will only be accepted at the u.s. address of OMI/CH2M-Hill shown above. The completed bid documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope.
