A -- CLINICAL SITE MONITORING PROJECT SOL RFP NIH-NIAID-DAIDS-00-19 DUE 092899 POC Philip Hastings, Contract Specialist, (301) 496-0194 The Clinical Research Management Branch, Therapeutics Research Program, Division of AIDS, National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), NIH, has a requirement to provide site monitoring services for clinical trials in HIV/AIDS therapeutics, vaccines and prevention strategies. These efforts will support several multicenter collaborative clinical trials networks sponsored by the NIAID. Clinical centers are located both in the United States and abroad. This contract will help assure the proper implementation of these trials, the quality of the study data, and compliance with regulatory requirements. It is anticipated that one (1) cost reimbursement, completion type contract will be awarded for a period of five (5) years, beginning approximately June 1, 2000. RFP NIH-NIAID-DAIDS-00-19 will be available electronically on or about May 26, 1999, and may be accessed through the NIAID Contract Management Branch (CMB) Home Page, located at http://www.niaid.nih.gov/contract .
