This sole source acquisition is to obtain = the computer software and hardware support needed to run the Treatment = Episode Data Set (TEDS) and the National Master Facility Inventory = (NMFI). The database maintenance for the TEDS and NMFI is performed = under contract 283-97-9001. The maintenance and associated support = are interrelated to such a degree that both functions must be performed = by the same entity. This sole source modification is justified under = 41 U.S.C.253(c)(i), only one responsible source to satisfy agency = requirements.
