intends to issue a commercial item solicitation for SEAT Management
Services for the offices of the Access Board located in Washington, DC.
The services of an experienced SEAT Management contractor are required
to provide the Access Board with comprehensive and integrated desktop
and local area network management services to include management of
the infrastructure, user support, and asset management. The objective
of this contract is to establish and sustain effective and efficient
managed support of the Access Board's information technology
infrastructure with a single-point-of-contact contractor. To achieve
this objective, the contractor shall provide and support a solution
that includes but is not limited to hardware and software service,
infrastructure management, help desk, maintenance, asset management
services, and training services. The scope of this contract is to
provide managed life cycle support for the Access Board's information
technology infrastructure. TheBoard requires that the contractor become
a partner in the operations and planning of the Board's information
technology infrastructure. The Access Board has a very strong
commitment to the accessibility of the built environment and to
electronic and information technology. The Board's office computer
system must be accessible to its entire staff. The Board uses adaptive
hardware and software to achieve the equal use of information
technology. The Board seeks a contractor that shares this philosophy
and is experienced with the use of such technology. There are two ways

your request via fax at (304) 480-5271, or via the Internet at
franchiseprocurement @ bpd.treas.gov. We will not accept telephonic
requests for the solicitation. The Bureau of the Public Debt assumes no
