The Operational Contracting Office of Hanscom Air Force Base, MA, is seeking sources for an intended procurement of the following service: to perform all operations involved in inspecting and cleaning existing oil/water separators and subsequent testing of water and waste removed and disposing of same by environmentally approved means. EPA and MDEP rules apply. Scope of effort to consist of all existing separators on base and is planned to be awarded as a FFP contract with possible option years. Companies having the ability to perform are encouraged to respond to this Notice, indicating thier interest and capability to perform. The Air Force cannot pay for responses. This Notice is published to comply with FAR Part12- Acquisition of Commercial Items. This Notice does not constitute a request for offers or quotes, as it is planned to publish a RFQ electronically at a later date, which will contain all terms, conditions, and specifications.
