R -- ILS MANAGEMENT SERVICES SOL N68335-99-R-0227 POC Marybeth Kacek, Code 25211MK, (732) 323-2061 The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to procure E-2C Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) Management Services on a non-competitive basis from Northrop Grumman Corporation. The purchase will be accomplished by placing an order against Basic Ordering Agreement N68335-97-G-0241 with Northrop Grumman. The Government intends to procure these services under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. Northrop Grumman is the design control agen with the logistics support analysis database to provide the required ILS Management Services. Northrop Grumman is solely responsible for maintaining configuration control of the TPSs, SE and the associated data bases. The Government does not own the data, drawings or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based on the responses received to this notice will be solely within the discretion of the Government.
