The work shall consist of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment and materials to replace existing lighting with new metal halide explosion-proof lighting in 13 ammunition storage igloos on McChord AFB, WA. The contractor is responsible for accomplishing all items in accordance with applicable drawings, specifications and provisions of the contract. Any sundry, labor, materials, equipment and/or appurtenances not specifically detailed or specified, but required to complete the project, shall be provided as an integral part of scope of work hereinafter specified. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. The work site is fenced and is a controlled access area. The contractor will be escorted at all times while they are in the compound (and the igloos). The on-site construction period shall be limited to 60 cumulative work days. . In conformance with FAR 19-1300 this acquisition is being considered for a hubzone set-aside.
