The General Services Administration seeks qualified contractors to install two preheats in AirHandlers 16 and 17 at the Poff Federal Building in Roanoke, Virginia. The air handlers provide constant volume service of 100% outside air to their zones. Both units have a cross section of approximately 6' X 10' and are located in the first floor mechancial room. To be priced as an option, some diffuser relocation and diffuser replacement will be included in the solicitation. Offers will be considered only from responsible organizations and individuals now or recently engaged in the performance of building service contracts and performing work comparable to the current project. Offerors will be required to submit (1) Technical Qualifications such as: Past Performance on three (3) Similar Projects; (2) Key personnel Qualifications; (3) Financial Resource Qualification to show ability to maintain a staff of regular employees adequate to ensure continuous performance of the work; and demonstrate that its equipment and/or plant capacity for the work contemplated is sufficient, adequate and suitable.
