Repair Streets. _ The project consists of pavement repairs to the streets located within the Capehart Housing Area and the related work required as a result of these repairs. The project consists of demolition, re-grout and seal cracks and joints in existing concrete pavements, install new sealant, replace failed slabs (including base/sub-base), and patch broken and/or spalled pavement sections throughout the four increments. It may also be necessary to provide some storm sewer and drainage system repair/restoration and other miscellaneous and related work as required. This action is being considered for full and open competition. The Project Number is SGBP 96-0054. The Performance Period is 98 calendar days. SIC code is 1611. The SBA size standard of $17.0 million is a three-year average annual gross revenue. The magnitude of this project is between $5,000,00 and $1,000,00.
