The General Services Administration intends to modify a delivery order to Booz-Allen & Hamilton, Inc. on a GSA schedule delivery order under GSA schedule contract GS-35F-4057G under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 through solicitation number 6TSA-99-CSC-0122. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 90-42. This modification is to add Other Direct Costs for hardware, software, training and travel, including Asymetrix, Oracle, Software Spectrum, Compucom, and Atlantic Computing at Richmond, VA, associated with a purchase under GSA schedule contract GS-35F-4057G and therefore cannot be separated from this procurement. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
