In accordance with FAR 9.2 and Public Law 98.525 this synopsis constitutes notice that the Air Force has established Qualification Requirements (QR's) for the overhaul and upgrade of the following items: Starter Control Valve, NSN 4810-00-177-9348YQ, PN 105492-8-11; Starter Control Valve, NSN 4810-01-255-8056YQ, PN 105492-12, appl B-52H acft. Valve is an integral part of the engine start system. It provide a means of supplying regulated air pressure to the engine starter during engine start and motoring operations. This is not and RFP. No solicitation document exists. The Air Force does not posses data necessary for above repair.
