The subject property contains approximately 7,060 acres. The improvements within the subject area include World War II type buildings and related structures that are in various states of physical condition. The assignment as to estimate the current fair market fee value of the property in an "as is" condition and prepare an appraisal report. Offerors will be required to include with their quote a copy of their Arkansas certification, or documentation that they meet the non-resident or temporary certification criteria.
