The project consists of a 3,400-sq. meter, 70-room dormitory and commons building. There will be two 2-story dorm buildings and a single story commons building. Construction will be steel frame with brick veneer exterior and standing seam metal roof. The project will include site grading and drainage, parking lots, area lighting and landscaping. Bid documents are available on or about 8 June 1999. Estimated cost of work is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Requests for plans and specifications shall indicate in writing whether firm will bid as a prime contractor or a subcontractor. Unrestricted.
