Work may include any items detailed in the Unit Price Schedule. Offerors will be required to submit a Multiplier that will apply equally to all unit line items. Multiple awards may be made. The term of the contract shall be for two years, with a maximum value of $3,000,000. The initial contract value shall be $500,000, and the Postal Service reserves the option to increase the potential value of the contract in increments of $500,000. Additional consent of surety will be required for each incremental increase. Solicitation packages will be available on or about May 14, 1999 for a non-refundable fee of $50.00.
