This market survey is for the purpose of locating additional sources for the production requirements of the Personnel Radio Set, AN/ARS-6(V) and all AN/ARS-6(V) major components. The contractor shall provide the government with a statement of commerciality in addition to a catalog price list and prior sales, if applicable. The contractor shall provide to the government the AN/ARS-6(V) and the components which are part of the AN/AYD-1, Personnel Locator System. All software must be updated to meet performance level and specifications of the AN/ARS-6(V). The item must be compatible with other associated aircraft equipment. This system is utilized by the Army, Navy, and Air Force. The contractor must be able to develop production capability. NOTE: The government does not possess technical drawings and/or propriety information of this system. The contractor shall submit their technical proposal to include all supporting documentation of this item to Mr. Steve Singleton, Maintenance Engineer, CCS/Avionics Directorate, AMSEL-LC-CCS-A-MM.
