This is a notice of intent to negotiate with Aydin Telemetry, P.O. Box 328, Newtown, PA 18940-0328 on an other than full and open competitive basis to purchase 2 each, p/n MMSC-800-150-502, Micro Miniature Signal Conditioner/PCM Encoders. The PCM Encoders must be exact replacement items for existing systems. Both mechanical and electrical properties (i.e. pin assignments, circuit configuration) must be identical to the Aydin Telemetry Micro-Miniature Signal Conditioner/PCM Encoder for existing instrumentation circuitry to be applicable. Delivery is required to be FOB destination to the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Maryland within 30 days after contract award.
