Kirkpatrick, Contract Specialist, 202/307-3070 Provide outpatient assessment and counseling services for substance abuse treatment for male and female Federal offenders in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (Canadian County) and surrounding areas, held under the authority of various United States statutes. A firm-fixed price requirements contract with a two year base period and three one year options is anticipated. Services for the base period of October 1, 1999 through September 30, 2001 shall include services for 40 inmates per year (80 inmates for two years), as follows: intake assessment (one per inmate), individual counseling (48 half hour sessions per inmate), group counseling (48 half hour sessions per inmate), and family counseling (4 half hour sessions per inmate). Services for each of the one year options shall include services for 35 inmates as follows: intake assessment (one per inmate), individual counseling (24 half hour sessions per inmate), group counseling (24 half hour sessions per inmate), and family counseling (2 half hour sessions per inmate). All services shall be performed in accordance with the Transitional Services Statement of Work "Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT) (non-residential), Substance Abuse Treatment" dated March 1999. Proper licensing in the state of Oklahoma is required. The estimated issue date for the Request for Proposal (RFP) is on or about June 22, 1999.
