The selected Property Management Firm(s) will include, but not limited to the following: tenant screening, apartment leasing, lease execution, rent collections, lease enforcement, full maintenance responsibilities, maintain full responsibilities of staff, unit turnover, annual income reviews, capital repairs, provide full security for the SLHA's residents and property. The management firm(s) must comply with all HUD rules and regulations.
