DFAS intends to establish a single Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) against Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Group 87, but reserves the right to issue multiple agreements. It is the intent of the BPA to secure discounts on a per order basis as well as on a cumulative basis throughout the life of the BPA. Only Financial Management Services FSS holders with Group 87 SIN 872-2 will be considered for award. The period of performance for this BPA will be for one (1) year with the potential for continuation for three (3) additional.
