The Early Intervention Services (EIS) consist of approximately 12,545 square feet of fit-out of an existing nursing unit on the 5th floor of the Womack Army Medical Center. As a part of the original construction this square was left as shelled space for future development. The majority of the building support systems (mechanical/electrical) were originally designed for future fit-out. The EIS fit-out consists of various flooring materials, acoustical ceilings, drywall partitions, doors and hardware, casework, architectural woodwork, extension of an existing automated box conveyor system, mechanical HVAC, plumbing, fire prevention, mechanical controls, electrical systems, and communication systems, etc. Estimated cost range of this project is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000.000.00.
