Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment and perform all work for the whole house revitalization of historical buildings used as family quarters at Fort McPherson, Georgia. The work includes, but is not limited to, the restoration of all doors, interior walls, ceilings and trim, electrical wiring upgrade, plumbing fixtures upgrade, fireplace restoration, total window restoration, and front porch restoration. The Contractor shall be fully responsible for the abatement and disposal of all lead based paint and asbestos containing material encountered during the restoration process. This action is unrestricted, using the tradeoff process discussed at FAR 15.101-1; all offers from responsible sources will be evaluated using the evaluation factors of Past Performance and Price. The solicitation will be available only from the internet at www.forscom.army.mil/aacc. The Plans and Specifications attached thereto, however, are available in hard copy form only.
