transportation and supervision required to perform mooring upgrades at
USCG Group Philadelphia, PA. Major work items include: Removal and
salvage of timber pile dolphin, floating pier and all associated
components necessary to upgrade the mooring area. Timber piles shall be
salvaged for reuse and the floating pier, gangway, and associated
components shall be transported and stored as Government salvaged
equipment; Dredge the basin area along the bulkhead; Extend existing
timber fender by twenty feet which includes pile and timber framing
necessary to complete the fender system extension; and, Relocate the
existing diesel fuel and gasoline pumps to the south pier which
includes extension and rerouting of fuel lines within existing utility
trench, provision and installation of booster pumps and all electrical
service and motor control wiring necessary for a complete and
functional fuel pumping system. This procurement is estimated between
$100K and $250K and is open to large and small businesses in accordance
with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The
applicable SIC Code is 1629. Bid opening is on/about 7/7/99. Completion
