Work consists of furnishing all parts, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, services, and supervision necessary to inspect, test, maintain, and repair various fencing systems at Scott AFB IL 62225-5015. The principal items of work shall include, but are not limited to, the following: hazardous material testing and abatement, demolition and disposal, landscaping, carpentry, sheet metal, painting, weather proofing, and similar trades related to the repair and replacement of various type of metal, chain link, and wood fencing systems. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The contract term will be a twelve (12) month, basic year, with four (4) twelve month option years to be executed at the Governments option. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP), Price Performance Trade-Off (PPTO) solicitation. There will be no public bid opening. Award will be made based upon the _Best Value_ to the Government in accordance with FAR 15. The Government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the low offeror. The Magnitude of this requirement is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The proposed contract herein is unrestricted. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation package will be posted on Electronic Posting System (EPS) which can be accessed at www.eps.gov./. The Government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation and the planholder list. No telephone, written, facsimile, or e-mail requests for the solicitation package and planholder list will not be honored. Potential offerors MUST register at www.eps.gov./ in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation.
