Two option quantities of 10 each will also be included in the solicitation. These units are components of the AN/AIC-34 Intercommunications system. Award will be a firm-fixed price supply type contract. Delivery of 30 each will be required within 180 days after contract award. Accelerated deliveries are acceptable to the Government at no additional cost. FOB destination terms apply with final inspection and acceptance at destination. The acquisition of Palomar Products, Inc. part number 1161220-100 is essential to the Government's requirements thereby precluding consideration of any product manufactured by another company. Palomar Products, Inc. has been fully tested and proven to meet system integration requirements. This acquisition will be issued on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c) for Palomar Products, Inc., brand name only. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the Agency.
