65 -- RADIOGRAPHIC/FLUOROSCOPIC SYSTEM SOL 689-70-99 DUE 052899 POC Michele Pompane, (203) 937-3079 The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking sources under this Sources Sought ad for a Radiographic and Fluoroscopic System. The system must have a PC Tower enclosure 25"H X 10"W x 26"D; 20" 1280 x 1024 monochrom monitor; progressive 72Hz flicker-free display; alphanumeric for keyboard data entry; 20" 1280 x 1024 monochrome monitor progressive 72 Hz flicker-free display pointing devices; in-room touchpad and control room mouse; CCD Camera, high resoultion 1024 x 1024 CCD camera, lens and mount camera autocalibration/set-up with image quality analysis software; 30 FPS 1024 x 1024 line progressive digital radiographic aquisition; 30 FPS 1024 x 1024 line progressive digital fluoro acquisition. Imaging capabilities shall have digital fluoroscopy imaging 1024 x 1024 x 12-bit single fluoro frame acquisition (stored to hard drive -- fluoro store); 1024 x 1024 x 12-bit rapid fluoro frame (fluoro store) acquisition; .5 to 15 FPS 1024 x 1024 x 12-bit realtime cine fluoro loop acquisition; 30, 15, 7.5 and 3.75 FPS digital radiographic (spot) imaging; 1024 x 1024 x 12-bit image single frame acquisition; 1024 x 1024 x 12-bit rapid acquisition; .5 to 15 FPS (Note 15 FPS is generator dependent) RAM memory configuration; 32 MB RAM hard drive storage; 2.1 GB SCSI hard drive, stores 1,000 digital radiographic images. Shall also have at least Windows 95 point & clik user interface; universal generator; interface instantaneous on-line review and 10-bit storage of all acquired image; P.A.C.E. automatic image optimization & hardcopy automatic hands-off hardcopy printing; autoprint background (multi-tasking) hardcopy printing with digital host laser image interface; operates with 3M, Kodak, AGFA, and Dupont laser printers; window, level and polarity inversion dynamic; 2X zoom, pan & scroll multi-tasking image processing for simultaneous zoom, plan, edge enhancement, subtraction, etc.; last image hold remote on-line system diagnostics via modem 4 and 16 on 1 multiple image display; automatic electronic shutters; realtime 4 level edge enhancement (3x3) 7-level fluoro noise reduction filter (frame interation) with automatic motion correction; post-acquisition mask subtraction with sub-pixel reregistration & multi-image mask refresh shotsave and single image delete tagging; patient data editing; movable image annotation with pointers & library. Options shall include infrared remote control pointing device DICOM 3.0 network interface with background (multi-tasking) image transfer/replacement of 13" Siemens image intensifier(Part #T1296SR). VA would also be interested in a scan convertor.
