This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, a quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N61339-99-T-0017 is issued as a request for quote and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-11. This solicitation is set-aside for small business. The SIC Code for this solicitation is 3577 with a size standard of 1000 employees. The following items are required: CLIN 0001, Kiosk with 17 inch Touchscreen Color Monitor. Specifications: Enclosure -- customer logo, stereo speakers, lockable casters, hinged door with lock, 29" x 29" footprint, 17" touchscreen color monitor. External Panel -- VGA splitter, RJ45 connector, 1/8" stereo plug. Warranty -- 1 year parts and labor. Quantity 10 each. Delivery shall be made no later than 90 days after award to Cherry Point, NC 28533; acceptance shall be made at destination upon delivery. Delivery shall be made FOB Destination. The following evaluation criteria shall be used as addenda to FAR 52.212-2 (a): technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement such as price and past performance. The following FAR/DFAR provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1, 5.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 252.212-7001, 252.225-7035, 252.225-7036.
