NOTICE OF CONTRACT ACTION (NOCA) -- Electronic Systems Center (ESC) seeks to procure the following Panasonic items (or equivalent): Laptop Computer CPU P/266MMX, 32 MB,/160MB, 4 GB 24xCD option, 10.4" TFT Display, Anti-glare standard (Model CF-27RG48AAM) Qty 14. The items and quantities are to be acquired and priced under one order. The Government is seeking evidence of technical qualifications for the procurement, such as a current catalog or other material demonstrating that your company sells the specified items, or if offering equivalent items, technical information documenting that the substitute items are the functional equivalent of the specified items. The Government will review the technical qualifications, notify the qualified vendors and will request submission of a written quote. Award will be made to the lowest priced technically qualified vendor. Anticipated award date is 4 June 1999. Delivery by 30 June 1999. FOB point is destination. Delivery will be to the following seven (7) locations: Shaw AFB, SC; Dyess AFB, TX; Elmendorf AFB, AK; Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ; Tinker AFB, OK; RAF Lakenheath Brandon, Suffolk, England; and Cannon AFB, NM. Specific shipping instructions will be provided in the awarded purchase order.
