Proposed contract provides essential systems analysis to assure the Advanced Concepts Technolgy Demonstration (ACTD) separate technology areas satisfy the systems engineering requirements for the overall CP mission. Systems Engineering is needed to analyze mission requirements of participating operational commands and to coordinagte and integrate system segments being developed by multiple supporting government agencies and conrtactors into an effective end-to-end system for CINC EUCOM. The program office is currently managing critical time-sensitive issues in the transition of technolgies from CP1 ACTD to using services and agencies while simultaneously planning and executing the CP2-ACTD. This additional effort is for a period of two (2) months. Future System Engineering and Integration Services are being acquired under DTRA01-99-R-0024. DTRA has determined that Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) is best able to provide qualified staff and deliverables required to satisfy the ACTD's evolving systems engineering needs under DNA001-95-C-0181.
