Potential Sources Sought. This is not a request for proposal submission. The Corporation for National Service is conducting a market survey to determine the availability and adequacy of potential sources for the acquisition of an Automated Procurement System that creates complete solicitation and award packages online with cradle-to-grave functionality. This system must perform the following functions: (a) Request for Quotations, Request for Proposals, and Amendment to solicitations (b) Contracts, Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, IAS and Modifications to Contracts (c) Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Compatibility, (d) Select Types of Contract: Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Quantity, Cost Plus Fixed Fee and Time and Material /Labor (e) Select the appropriate FAR clauses and local provision (agency) based on the type of solicitation and contract (f) Interface with Windows (g) Access Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)(h) Access to online Commerce Business Dailey (i) Provide Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS) and other reporting and (j) FACNET capabilities.
