SOURCES SOUGHT. This announcement is NOT a Request for Proposal and constitutes only a sources sought for a potential Dept. of the Army contract. The Industrial Operations Command, Rock Island, IL is seeking possible sources with current relevant knowledge, experience and capability to perform a contract to provide the design, fabrication, installation and prove-out of a complete production facility. This facility shall consist of, but not be limited to: conveyors, work-stations, transfer system, heat seal equipment, a dust collector, vacuum seal equipment, leak test equipment, seal test equipment and scales. The system shall be capable of manufacturing the M295 Decontamination Kit and will be built at Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, AR. All material, labor, supplies and machinery/equipment shall be furnished by the contractor. The contractor is also responsible for all building and equipment modifications, electrical, pneumatic and water tie-ins. Vendors having the capabilities necessary to meet or exceed the stated requirements are invited to submit appropriate documentation, experience, literature, and references along with a point of contact, address and phone number. A solicitation does not exist, therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized in the CBD at a later date. It is the potential offerors responsibility to monitor this site for the release of any solicitation or synopsis.
