Weekly requirement is approximately 29,000 lines per week. Contractor will provide, at the contractor's location, central digital dictation systems accessible via toll-free telephone from anywhere within the continental United States. Dictation equipment must be accessible 24-hours/7-days per week via a single telephone number. The dictation system must be capable of handling a minimum of 10 concurent dictations from the VAMC. All transcribed dictation will be documented according to VA specified requirements and transmitted to the VAMC via modem and uploaded into the VA's VISTA (DHCP) computer system.
