Contract completion is (200) calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed. Scope of work includes but is not limited to the following items of work: Remove two (2) 60 TON water cooled reciprocating chillers and condenser water and chilled water pumps in basement mechanical room, remove cooling tower in parking lot, and cooling coils in four (4) multi-zone air handlers. Remove and dispose of R-11 refrigerant in compliance with latest ASHRAE 15R guidelines and EPA requirements. Install two (2) 80 TON air cooled screw chillers in parking lot, chilled water pumps, three -way control valves and cooling coils and drip pans in mutli-zone air handlers, and associated piping, valves and connections. Remove old switchboard and feeders in basement switchboard room, and install new switchboard, panels, and electrical feeders. The Government requires that portions of the work be performed outside of normal business hours. This procurement is open to all business concerns. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 1711 with a size standard of $7 million. The estimated cost range for this project is $500,000 and $1,000,000.
