Provide and install a new membrane roof on the Lodgepole Market Building in Sequoia National Park, Tulare County, California. The work of this contract consists of removing existing standing seam metal roofing and fascia, installing new thormoplastic single-ply membrane (fully adhered)such as FiberTite by Seaman Corp, or G410 by Sarnafil Inc, or approved equal. Contractor must be certified by manufacturer and demonstrate at least 15 years of successfule and proven experience with the same system; construct new utility chimneysreinstall and extend existing mechanical venting and ducting through utility chimneys; create new ventilating openings, complete shear wall panel nailing; install new shower room exhaust system; and other miscellaneous items. Estimated price is between $250,000 and $500,000. The date of the Bid Opening is approximate. Contractor will have 120 days from date of Notice to Proceed to complete the work.
