Plotkin, (301)757-6970 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to procure on a sole source basis from Martin-Baker Aircraft (MBA) Company, LTD of Higher Denham, Near Uxbridge, Middlesex, England UB9 5AJ,an engineering and logistic support system to digitally deliver Navy Aircrew Common Ejection Seat (NACES) production and modification management support (PAMMS) data. PAMMS shall provide automated interface between the engineering design and logistics data bases, engineering graphic and text file data, ILS management and interim support data, Reliability and Maintainability data, Level of Repair Analysis data, Electronic Technical Manuals and Technical Data package, support equipment data, supply support data, product baseline and engineering change data, and engineering investigations. MBA is the sole designer, developer, and producer of the NACES and, as such, is the only firm possessing the knowledge and technical data necessary to meet the government requirement. See Note 22.
