(1) Each 90 Ton Mechanical Press Brake with Dies IAW Fed Spec 00-P-631. Contractor shall provide four (4) sets of commercial manuals inclusive of operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and part identification. Upon delivery of the unit to the Government, a representative of the contractor shall witness the off-loading from the delivery truck and its movement to the installation location. Access to the installation location is via freight elevator (8' w x 20'l x 7'-11" h) with a weight capacity of 10,000 lbs. Machine offered must either comply with these restrictions or either be capable of being disassembled to fit into and not exceed the elevator weight limit. Any tear-down and re-assembly shall be the responsibility of the contractor. THIS SIZE AND WEIGHT REQUIREMENT IS MANDATORY. NO ALTERNATE PROCEDURES TO THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. Failure to meet this requirement will constitute grounds for an unacceptable bid. Installation shall be the responsibility of the contractor and must be performed by a factory authorized representative. All cranes, fork lifts, piping, interconnecting hoses, cables, disconnects, connectors, electrical wiring, tools, etc shall be provided by the contractor. Training on the operation and maintenance of the unit shall be provided to the Government by a factory authorized training representative. All contractor representatives must speak English and be U.S. citizens. Delivery shall be FOB destination to Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000. This procurement will be made under Commercial practices IAW FAR 13.5 -- Test program for Certain Commercial Items. The associated Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 3542 and the Small Business Standard is 500 employees. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business as set-forth in FAR 19.
