IFB-797-NC-99-0001 for Medical-Grade Liquid Bulk Oxygen will include the estimated requirements for VA and other government healthcare facilities in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. All liquid oxygen must meet USP specifications and suppliers must follow FDA's CGMP regulations. The base contract period will be January 1, 2000 through December 31, 2000 with 4 option years. In addition to supplying medical-grade liquid bulk oxygen, contractors will be required to provide and install contractor-owned bulk oxygen tanks at facilities that do not own their own tanks. Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the facility sites before submitting their bid.
