Work consist of but is not limited to furnishing all necessary equipment, labor, materials, herbicides, and supervision necessary to provide for the control and eradication of target vegetative growth, through the application of chemical herbicides on specified areas at thirteen locks and dams. Fountain City Service Base, and four radio transmission sites along the Mississippi River in the states of Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa. A firm fixed price contract will be issued for the basic period of JUNE 01, 1999 through September 30, 1999 with four option years. THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS.
