Services, nonpersonal, to provide all plant, labor, materials, equipment and appliances necessary to upgrade the base infrastructure system in the industrial area of Selfridge ANGB, MI. The work includes, but is not limited to: the installation of new, or the replacement of, various underground utility systems (communication ducts, water mains and service connections, storm/sanitary sewer mains and service connections), various above ground items (street lights, sidewalks, roads and parking lots, security fencing), replacing above ground electric and communication lines with underground services, and landscaping. All work is to be accomplished in phases and in strict accordance with the Plans and the Technical Provisions of the Specifications for Project VGLZ 979578, "Upgrade Base Infrastructure Systems" at Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Michigan. The estimated cost range of this project is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00, and the construction performance period is 360 days. This Project is being procured on an unrestricted basis under Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 1623.
