Work consists of providing all labor, supplies, material, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all else necessary to replace existing asphalt pavement with new PCC pavement and hot mix asphalt pavement on one of the two parallel runways at Nellis AFB NV. The estimated dollar value of this project is between $1 Million and $5 Million with a performance period of 60 calendar days. The applicable SIC for this acquisition is 1611 with a three-year average annual small business size standard of $17 million. The proposed contract listed here is unrestricted and open to all firms, including small and small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns. A small business subcontracting plan (with separate goals for small business, HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business, and women-owned small business concerns) will be required to be negotiated prior to and included in the award of this project if it is made to a Large Business concern.
