(SPECIFICATIONS WILL BE PROVIDED) 01 EA,,, 1. Trailer must have capability for transporting electronic equipment and being towed cross-country and off-road in rugged conditions. 2. Must have a climate controlled operations area to accomodate specified area stated in specifications. 3. Must be equipped with two position-locking masts w/a 30 foot extended height minimum. 4. Must be equipped with a low noise gas or diesel generator (8kw minimum) w/large fuel capacity. 5. Maximum overall trailer length, width and heights not to exceed Department of Transportation requirements.. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contracting officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of an acquisition.
