F -- HAZARDOUS MATERIAL REMOVAL, CLEANUP SOL NMA402-99-T-0038 DUE 062399 POC Diana Shepard, Contract Specialist/Susan Pollmann, Contracting Officer Base Closure -- turn in of hazardous waste, 8900 South Broadway, St. Louis, Missouri 63125 and removal/disposal of fire extinguishers from 3200 South Second Street, St. Louis, Missouri 63118-3399. Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment, and transportation to perform the removal and disposal services in strict accordance with specifications and with applicable NIMA, EPA, MDNR and OSHA regulations. Work is to include the removal and disposal of waste chemicals and compressed gas cylinders from the South Broadway address and removal and disposal of fire extinguishers from the South Second Street address. The MDNR hazardous waste (or other states') manifests and lanban forms for all waste to be transported shall be completed in accordance with the instructions and applicable federal and state laws and regulations. NIMA shall be provided with a copy of each manifest prior to shipment. The hazardous waste shall be shipped only by a MDNR licensed transporter and shall be transported to an EPA and/or State permitted treatment, storage and disposal (TSD) facility. The period of performance for this project is 21 calendar days. The approximate cost of this project is between $25,000 and $75,000. The project is 100 percent set-aside for small business. The SIC is 5744, size standard $5.0 M.
